I am a behavior focused trainer which means I will help you address your current habits and behaviors and coach you through implementing sustainable, healthy behaviors. I want your health and fitness journey to fit into your lifestyle. When it's convenient for you, you'll keep a positive relationship with nutrition and fitness. Fitness is not a punishment, so I want you to leave your workouts feeling accomplished and confident. That being said, I do want to push you outside of your comfort zone too.
